Benefits of vitamin C.

Is a vitamin that can be found in a large variety of plants, in vegetables, lemon, orange, strawberries, cabbage, cherry, papaya, pear, grapefruit, pineapple, melon, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, etc. Vitamin C can be destroy easily in the presence of air (oxygen), by heat or dissolved in liquids. It’s a vitamin that mankind can't synthesize, so it needs to be eaten daily.

It plays a big role in the absorption of iron and anemia, helps the bones and makes the connective tissue stronger, helps against allergies and infections of any kind, and helps the hormone production.
