Benefits of Tangerine.


Tangerine is important for the conservation of a good health. Its pulp contains Vitamin C, Vitamin B, citric acid, reducing sugar, and carotene. Its peel contains volatile oil, glycoside and its seeds fatty oils, proteins and sour substances. It has bronchodilator proprieties and anti-inflammatory for the treatment of ulcer, intestines and digestion.

Tangerine has anti-infectious properties, stimulating the formation of antibodies and Phagocytes are the white blood cells that protect the body by ingesting (phagocytosing) harmful foreign particles, bacteria, and dead or dying cells.

It is great for people with aids and other infectious and inflammatory illness, like rheumatism, that decreases the concentration of vitamin in plasma.

Other situations that require the use of tangerine are:
Tobacco smoking, alcoholism, uses of certain medicaments, pregnancy, emotional stress, and the practice of high intensity sports.
