Low Fat Diet = Better Heart.

To prevent some cardiovascular problems is necessary to have a good fat free diet. These fats are found in animal products like: cheese, milk and butter. Also in food elaborated with Trans-fat. Other element that increases heart problems is salt, if we use less sodium is possible to lower blood pressure in some people, reducing the risk of getting a heart attack. Sodium most be included in our diet but in low amounts, thing that most of us avoid. Do not add salt to your food in the table and consume fewer calories for a better and healthy heart.
